Procurement - is the act and the combined process of obtaining goods or services. For all operating businesses procurement plays a key factor of activities and spend, on which costs become investments for further processing to obtain valued return in profits or savings. Competitive procurement is a costly process that require involvement and good coordination of several areas of each company.
Affiliation – is the behavior involving the establishment and maintenance of positive contacts and cooperation by an individual or group, organization with other groups and organisations. It also means establishing a permanent cooperation (positive cooperation) between collective entities that usually have different and unequal potentials. The cooperation covers the implementation of goals of a similar or identical nature, with the simultaneous organisational and program independence of the entities in achieving other goals.
The most advanced companies spend significant amounts on their procurement departments and supply chains globally. They do tend to move ahead faster than the enterprises, that cannot allow itself to allocate sufficient resources (or the ones that do not have their own sufficient global link in various areas of the world). For that reason, we combine Procurement & Affiliation as the area of our activity and the way we do it.
